These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions,
and in particular those applicable to other marketing channels for the Services.
RATES
The prices indicated on this site are inclusive of VAT, for a determined number of people per room and for the chosen date. The prices indicated only include the services mentioned in the reservation. The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card provided when booking any extras or services not declared and not invoiced at check-out.
No stay booked before the implementation of a possible promotional offer will be refunded, even partial. Any reservation of more than 2 rooms may result in special conditions and additional costs. Please contact the hotel at 33 (0) 2.41.38.05.15 or by e-mail: [email protected].
ROOMS are rented for the number of people indicated corresponding to the type of room.
- Small green room: 1 to 2 people
- Eugenie Room: 1 to 2 people
- Romantic rooms 1 to 3 people
- Junior Suites rooms 1 to 4 people
- Suite: 1 to 2 people
In the event of a breach of these regulations, the hotel reserves the right to invoice the responsible customer for the cost of the room (s) corresponding to the number of people found in excess, in the presence of the customer or not, at the room rate in force at moment of the transgression of the internal regulations. The hotel will charge the dishonest customer's credit card.
The prices mentioned on the site are subject to change without notice and only the price mentioned in the booking confirmation is contractual.
Tourist taxes are not included in the displayed price.
To validate your reservation, you must indicate your bank card number and its expiry date. The card must be valid on the date of the end of the stay. The bank details provided when booking will be automatically verified. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card at any time prior to your arrival. In the event of invalid contact details, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation immediately and without notice.
The following bank cards are accepted: Visa - Eurocard-Mastercard - American Express - Union Pay from € 30.
In case of payment by AMERICAN EXPRESS card, additional costs may be billed.
Anyone staying in the establishment may be required to present an identity card for any type of payment. In the event that you cannot meet this request, we will be forced to refuse your request for room rental. No reservation will be confirmed without a credit card number with its expiration date.
Any request to modify your stay must be made in writing (letter or e-mail). The hotel reserves the right to adapt the prices and conditions of sale of the reservation according to the requested modification;
No reservation changes can be made for non-cancellable - non-refundable reservations.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no show, the stay is due in full. They can not in any case give rise to reimbursement
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: Pursuant to the provisions of article L 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the services offered on the Site by the Company are not subject to the application of the right of withdrawal provided for in articles L. 121-21 and following of the consumer code in terms of distance selling.
Consequently, the services ordered on the Site are exclusively subject to the cancellation and modification conditions provided for in these conditions of sale and the Customer may not invoke the right of withdrawal.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: The cancellation conditions are those in force on the day of the reservation as indicated on the confirmation.
INSURANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY: The Chateau de Verrières declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage to the effects belonging to customers during their stay. A safe is available in each room. The hotel declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage to the belongings of customers during their stay.
The hotel, in the online sales process, is bound only by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, interruption of service, or other involuntary problems.
Under no circumstances can the hotel be held responsible for the malfunctions of internet sales platforms.
ROOMS: The rooms made available are verified, functional and in good general condition. The occupancy of the room entails the recognition by the customer of the inventory and the good condition of the furniture, walls, floors and ceilings and in general of all the goods and accessories which are there. Any breach must be reported as soon as possession is taken at the hotel reception.
Rooms are available from 4 p.m. and must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest. The reservation is guaranteed on the day of arrival until 7:30 p.m. It is the customer's responsibility to inform the hotel of any late arrival and to specify the time, otherwise the hotel may cancel the reservation and freely dispose of the reserved room. In case of departure after 11 a.m. an additional night will be charged. To keep the room for an extra night, reception must be informed before 11 a.m. on the same day, subject to availability. The room is equipped and intended for a determined number of people, in accordance with security rules no other additional person can be accommodated
Delivery of any form of meal from outside the hotel, in-room dining, picnics and barbecues are not permitted.
DEGRADATIONS: The customer must inform the establishment of any degradation he may be causing. He is responsible for all damage caused by him and undertakes, in the event of degradation of the premises made available, to bear the costs of repairing, invoiced where applicable on the bank card communicated during the reservation. .
In the event of damage to the interior and exterior furniture as well as the floors, walls and ceilings, deterioration or theft (linen or other) the hotel reserves the right to invoice the customer for the cost of repair or replacement for an amount equal to the amounts committed. The latter will have to implement his civil liability.
RELOCATION - CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE: In the event of force majeure (strike, attacks, etc.), exceptional events or technical or organizational problems in the hotel making it impossible for the client to stay, the hotel will do everything possible to find alternative accommodation, if possible in a hotel of the same or higher category. The choice of establishment for the relocation will be made by the hotel itself. Relocation costs (room rate supplement) will be borne by the hotel except in cases of force majeure as detailed above (strike, terrorist attack, war, etc.). In particular, customers will bear only the additional costs that could be incurred to allow the continuation of the trip following the occurrence of a case of force majeure.
PROHIBITION: The hotel is completely non-smoking (bedrooms, lounges,common areas and park). In the event of non-compliance with this prohibition, the deodorization of the room will be billed for two nights depending on the room and the price thereof for the period considered.
ANIMALS: Animals are not allowed. The reservation will be canceled by the hotel in case of presentation with an animal and the amount of the reservation will be charged.
KEYS: In the event of loss or non-return of the key given on arrival, the replacement will be invoiced at 100 €
REMOTE CONTROLS: In the event of loss or non-return of a remote control (television or fan), the replacement will be invoiced at the rate of 100€.
COMPLAINTS: Any complaint must be sent to the following address SAS CHATEAU DE VERRIERES, 53, rue d'Alsace 49400 SAUMUR- FRANCE, within 7 days of the departure of the stay which is the subject of the said complaint. After this period, no complaint can be taken into account and invoicing of the stay as definitively accepted. In the absence of a satisfactory response within this same period, the customer may contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator, whose contact details and referral methods are available on his website: www.mtv.travel. Failing to provide information identified as mandatory, the Chateau de Verrières may not be able to record a customer's reservation and manage complaints.
PERSONAL DATA:
When the customer uses the site, in particular when making a reservation, the Chateau de Verrières implements the processing of personal data. The customer is informed, on each of the personal data collection forms, of the mandatory or optional nature of the answers and information by the presence of an asterisk. If information identified as mandatory is not provided, Chateau de Verrières may not be able to record a customer's reservation and manage customer complaints. Thus the information collected as part of the customer's reservation is intended for Chateau de Verrières, its entities, partners, service providers in particular for online payment for the purposes of executing the reservation or taking pre-contractual measures. As soon as the guarantees provided for by the applicable regulations have been put in place, the customer's data may be transferred from Europe to countries which do not ensure, from the point of view of the European Union, an equivalent level of data protection. In order to secure payment transactions, Chateau de Verrières implements personal data processing intended to determine the risk of fraud associated with each transaction. Depending on the results, the customer may be asked to use another booking channel or another method of payment. These measures will have the effect of suspending the execution of the reservation or canceling it in the event that the analysis does not guarantee the security of the order. The fraudulent use of a means of payment resulting in a default of payment may result in the registration of the customer in the incident file of the Chateau de Verrières.
The customer may at any time exercise the rights available to him under the regulations for the protection of personal data.
The photos and photographs published on the site are in no way contractual.
PROOF AGREEMENT : E-mails will prevail between the parties as will the automatic registration systems used on the Site, in particular as to the nature and date of the reservation.
By express agreement, electronic communications are considered by our hotel and by the Client as having a probative value equivalent to that of written documents.
Our computer records, kept under reasonable security conditions, will provide proof of communications, reservations and payments made.
By making a reservation, you agree that it is subject to these general conditions of sale.
By validating the general conditions of sale during the reservation process, you are then bound, and your acceptance cannot be called into question.
These general conditions of sale are governed by French law, it is thus for the substantive rules as for the rules of form. The disputes will fall under the exclusive competence of the French courts and in particular of the courts under the territorial competence of Saumur.
